Joe Smith has spent his entire adult life in roofing and sheet metal. Forty years of real work — figuring things out, getting it right, and passing that knowledge on to others along the way. JHERS is something new though. It's the business Joe built for himself, a chance to grow something of his own. His daughter Alisha has wanted to work alongside her dad since she was little. When he started JHERS she didn't hesitate, and she's been learning the trade ever since.
