  Pay: Depending on Experience

  We are looking for a reliable and skilled Exterior Siding Installer to join our crew. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing exterior walls and installing a variety of siding products (vinyl, wood, fiber cement, composite) to the highest standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, respects job sites, and works safely and efficiently alongside our team.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Tear-Down & Prep: Remove existing siding materials, inspect underlying structures for damage, and install house wrap, flashing, and insulation barriers.
  • Layout & Installation: Measure, cut, and install siding panels, trim pieces, soffits, fascia, and corner posts accurately.
  • Weatherproofing: Apply high-quality sealants and caulking to joints, seams, and boundaries to protect against water entry.
  • Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Clean up debris at the end of each workday.
  • Equipment Care: Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, cutting tables, ladders.

  Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Residential or commercial exterior siding experience preferred.
  • Tool Requirements: Must have basic hand tools of the trade.
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 75 lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding at various heights, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliability: Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to travel to local job sites.
  • Teamwork: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to communicate effectively with clients and crew leaders.
